Room refresh

This option is best for clients who would like a professional to find and deliver the perfect furnishings, art, and textiles.

• Includes elements from Interior Design Consultation
• Initial concept board and two subsequent iterations
• Budget workbook and related invoice tracking
• Items include:
  • furniture: couches, chairs, coffee tables, consoles
  • textiles: rugs, pillows, throws
  • lighting selection: excludes hard-wired installation
  • organization: bookcases, baskets
  • houseplants and other decor

Optional add-on's include (inquire for pricing):

• Room edits! Organize and slim-down the existing room and furniture to prep for your home's new look
• Additional mood board iterations beyond three passes
• Framed art, curated and procured
• Project management involving a "light touch" crew of electricians and painters

RenovationS

For clients with more complex and larger projects that go beyond a simple "refresh", we am available for consultation and design services to support your renovations.

These projects may involve:

• Drafted plans, in combination with architectural drawings
• Coordination with contractors, such as electricians, painters, plumbers, and carpenters
• Coordination with architects and general contractors
• More extensive room renovations to move walls, replace cabinetry and plumbing, electrical work, and tiling
• Kitchen and bathroom renovations
• Permitting
